The assessment covers your application landscape (Application Portfolio Analysis using the 7R Framework), infrastructure, network architecture, security and compliance requirements, organizational cloud competency, and existing licensing and contract structures. We produce a Cloud Maturity assessment across a defined maturity scale.

Yes. As an AWS Premier Consulting Partner, Storm Reply is authorized to guide customers through the AWS Migration Acceleration Program (MAP). MAP provides financial support for the Assess, Mobilize, and Migrate phases. We support you with the MAP application and ensure assessment outputs meet MAP requirements.

A full Cloud Readiness Assessment takes between two and six weeks depending on the complexity of your application landscape. An initial screening with traffic-light scoring can be completed within a few days. We flexibly adapt scope and detail level to your situation.

The 7R Framework classifies each application according to one of seven migration strategies: Retire (decommission), Retain (keep as-is), Rehost (lift and shift), Relocate (move to VMware Cloud), Replatform (lift, tinker, and shift), Repurchase (switch to SaaS), or Refactor/Re-architect (rebuild as cloud-native).
